I've been so busy these past few years that i forgot to update some blogs. I think alangkwentacenter inc lost their case. So to perpetuate their wannabe status, they copied SM and changed their name to alangkwenta city. Pero it is still located in Araneta Center and all addresses still show araneta center. Even google shows alangkwenta city inside Araneta Center so it is really a pointless waste of millions of pesos in marketing material, stickers on puvs and stuff. I dont know who their marketing people are but they should be fired. As you may have noticed, i use a small letter because, as an example of how they really feel and think, their logo is a small letter with a confusing amount of colors. Wannabes should just embrace their small nature and just be humble. If they do get to be big later on, then it would look better than how they look now. I hope that all the politicians they influence loses.
We just witnessed another fire in Araneta Center. The last time this happened was when the dilapidated Farmers Plaza seemed really old and dingy. A fire suddenly happened and the New Farmers Plaza was built. What we have on fire now os the dilapidated building being used as a bus terminal which was formerly Rustans department store and grocery decades ago. I guess a new building is bound to be built there because of the "convenient" fire.
